I could hear kids in the next room, knocking, and voices, and the compressor noise went on through the night. I don't know where it was coming from, or whose unit it was, but it wasn't mine. We went to reception, where there was just one guy. He came to check, but couldn't do anything. He said the next two rooms were empty and level 3 upstairs was empty too. I only managed to sleep after about 1:30am, once I was exhausted, then woke at 7am to get ready to check out. It was my first stay here and it'll be my last. The room and bathroom were big enough, but all that noise made me really uncomfortable. Terrible 🙂↕️

Everything was alright until someone who seemed drunk kept knocking and pressing the bell. It made me really anxious, and the experience was awful. I hope management improves security so this doesn't happen again 🙏🙏 #arakmembahayakan The room was reasonably clean, but smelled of smoke when I walked in. The bathroom light was also very dim. Hope you can replace it.

Parking was okay, and the room was good. The toilet was clean enough too. Mahkota Parade is around a 5 to 10 minute drive away, depending on traffic.

The hotel is near town, so it's easy to find food. The executive rooms are really big and comfortable, with a separate TV room and bedroom. If you park in front of the hotel, just tell the front desk your car plate number and they'll help with the parking coupon. It's a simple place to sleep since there's no swimming pool. Works for travelers checking in late and checking out early.
