Treasures Hotel and Suites

Jesmine, Mrs. Tan, Vijay (the boy at the breakfast counter), and Celine (front counter staff) made us feel very welcome with their kind help and warm hospitality. The rooms were clean, the staff were friendly and helpful throughout, and everything was well managed. My mother, her sisters, and I stayed from 16th to 18th October 2025 and had a wonderful time. We truly appreciate the excellent service and would highly recommend this clean, comfortable, welcoming hotel.

Our room had been decorated for my wife's birthday, which was a lovely touch. Kizzy checked us in and was helpful and informative with suggestions for sightseeing and food. The breakfast buffet and a La carte options were tasty and comprehensive.

The front desk lady changed our room and upgraded us when there was a hot water problem, and I'd give her an extra star for that. It's a really nice place to stay, only about a 10-minute walk to Jonker street. The rooms are nicely laid out, clean, and recently renovated. The bathroom is large, with both a shower and a bathtub.

The room was spotless, the bed really comfortable, and we hardly heard anything from outside or other rooms. The decor is lovely, too. Every staff member was professional and helpful, especially the woman at reception. We were very glad we spent three nights here and would recommend it in Melacca.
