The TV didn’t work, and there was no complimentary mineral water or coffee. Worse, cigarettes left by a previous guest were in the bathroom, so it hadn’t been cleaned properly. I booked a deluxe standard room through Traveloka but was given a standard room that cost less than what I paid. They also didn’t return the difference I should have received. There are several other hotels around to choose from.

The bed was bad, and the pillow and towel weren’t clean. Staff spoke rudely and didn’t seem to know how to treat customers. This was a very bad hotel for tourists. I’d tell all my friends to avoid it. Sleeping on the road would be better. Please don’t go there.
