The hotel makes a great base for getting around, and Bukit Baru has lots of shops and good places to eat. After a long journey, I was comfortable here for all seven days. They made up my room every day, changed the towel, and took out the rubbish. No ghost disturbed my life hahaha. The staff were really helpful, parking was easy, there's a lift for OKU, and ironing clothes in the room was easy too. I was sad to leave on the last day, and grateful to the cleaner for tidying my room daily. I promise to stay again next time I'm in Melaka. Please choose this hotel over one in the city, this one is better. It deserves 4 stars.

Things were pretty ordinary here. The hotel is a long way from the city center, and during rush hour a Grab ride from the center costs four times as much. I also don't understand why they put a big mirror in front of the bed.

The location worked well, with plenty of restaurants nearby and no traffic jam. But what an experience: there was a power outage on the first night, so we had to change rooms. On the third day the room lock broke and had to be forced open. I hope management does a better job maintaining the hotel.

We booked one night for 3 adults and 1 child. The room was spacious, with one queen and one single bed. Room 106's air conditioning worked well, the bathroom was roomy with hot water, and the bed and pillows were neatly arranged. The TV channels weren't clear, but we could still watch. They'd also marked the kiblat direction, which was great. Cleanliness was great, and the lift was very good. Parking is just opposite the hotel, only a few steps away. There was a RM50 cash deposit at check-in. Five stars overall, thank you.

I booked a premier executive room. It was clean, though quite small, and the bathroom had a bathtub with good water pressure. The hotel's in a great spot if you're staying around Ayer Keroh. My only complaint is the musty carpet smell. I have a sensitive nose, and it was really overwhelming.
