Hotel O Furich Hotel

The switch box made the first room noisy, and it didn’t seem fit to live in, yet it was listed for rent. When I raised the issue, the receptionist said it couldn’t be fixed right then. She first told me every room was booked and they couldn’t move me. I said they shouldn’t rent a room that wasn’t up to a hospitable standard, and that I could take it to a legal reporting channel. She eventually gave me another room. It was still noisy, but less so. I also told her about a smell. She gave me what seemed like perfume spray, though it was just water spray. They charged extra cash when handing over the key, non-refundable, saying it was tourist tax. I told her I’m local and they couldn’t charge me, but she refused to accept that, so I had to pay anyway.

The building isn’t lift-friendly, and you have to carry your belongings up the stairs. I’d booked a family room but was given a different one, and after seeing its condition I cancelled. They provided only one towel, even though the bed was a queen. The bathroom was very dirty and poorly maintained, and the air conditioning had weak airflow and didn’t cool the room. It seems management isn’t taking good care of the business for guests. I wouldn’t recommend it to families. Don’t book this hotel. I picked one star just to be able to write this review, otherwise I wouldn’t have picked any. 0/5 ⭐️

The air conditioning isn’t enough for the big rooms, and the amenities are very basic. I do like that it’s near 7e cafe.

The receptionist, Eiyya, was very nice. Still, the stay was very disappointing. I booked a family suite but got two separate rooms that weren’t connected. The pillows were so uncomfortable I couldn’t sleep well, and the rooms looked nothing like the online pictures. Honestly, it felt more like a 1-star hotel.
