The house had a lovely feel and was exceptionally clean, with a very family-friendly setup and good furnishings. I loved the modern design, especially the hidden staircase and toilet. The owner was really nice, greeted every one of us, and explained nearby places of interest. We fell for the place as soon as we walked in. You have to see it to believe it ❤

The facilities looked clean, new, and well maintained, and the town center was only five minutes away. But the bedding felt old and a bit too thin, especially the sheets, pillowcases, and quilt. The sheet felt odd, as if it hadn’t been changed, and I saw hairs on the bed when we arrived, which seemed to suggest it hadn’t been changed. Astro didn’t seem to work properly either, and we got only a few of the many channels. There was a thumb drive with old movies to keep us entertained. The WiFi on the second floor was awful. We could barely get a connection most of the time, even though our phones showed two bars.

Tolo was very accommodating. He drove us to dinner and then to the ferry, and helped us through the crazy bureaucracy there. We stayed one night before catching the ferry to Tioman. The accommodation was spacious and clean for a family of five.

There’s plenty of room to spread out here, with four bedrooms, three toilets and a roomy driveway. It was clean and comfortable too.
