The room was neat and clean, with no issues. I came to Muadzam Shah for my convocation and arrived early on Saturday. At check-in, I was told my booking had been cancelled. I’d paid through a third-party app, and their system showed things were fine, though the hotel’s system didn’t. They suggested calling the hotel to book instead of using the app.

There’s no mini fridge, and the cafe isn’t available for dining. Still, the hotel is right in the heart of Muadzam Shah, with a nice, big room and a good spot with a 🛁 bathtub. For government servants, the room rate is between RM180/190.

There was plenty of parking out front, and a supermarket right beside the hotel. The cafe downstairs was still closed when I wrote this on 12th Sep 2024, but the staff were good. I stayed twice, on the way from KL to Tanjung Gemuk and again on the way back. Both visits were short and really nice. Even the Deluxe Room was huge, including the bathroom, which had a bathtub. The shower had good pressure and hot water too.
