OYO 43963 T-Signature Hotel

Stayed here on 10.1.2026. There was so much noise from people that I couldn't sleep until 4 am.

For the price, location, and plenty of parking, it's hard to complain too much. It's fine if you just need somewhere to spend the night. The room was barely acceptable, though at least the sheet was clean. They'd even cleaned the AC filter, although it was held together with duct tape. The wall wasn't so well looked after. I'm glad the staff were having a good time, but maybe not at 5:30 am?

I stayed in room 10x for two nights, and the room facilities and cleanliness were very poor. The walls and ceiling were mouldy, the bathroom was very dirty, and the toilet seat cover was missing. The towel had a yellow stain. The air-conditioning was noisy, the WiFi was poor, and there were plenty more problems.

The location is fantastic, and Agoda gives the best rates for this place. The staff are friendly and helpful, though they're busy watching their phones all day. In the room, the AC is set to a fixed temperature, there's a TV but no cable channels, no intercom, and no hot drinking water. The lobby AC was out of order. Drainage is a problem in most rooms, with the toilet and even the basin flooding during a shower. It's an old, poorly maintained place. There were a few mosquitoes, tiny cockroaches coming out of the toilet drain, and other flying insects too.
