Elite Hotel Muar

Everything was clean and well maintained, and the room had a nice window that made it feel bright and comfortable. The customer service was excellent, check-in was smooth, and parking was easy and convenient. A really pleasant stay.

There's free parking on site, and a few eateries are within walking distance. The hotel has no lift, so you'll need to carry your own luggage. Reception requires a RM50 cash deposit, which is refundable at checkout. Booking online is much cheaper than the hotel's walk-in rate. I booked a Deluxe Queen room, which is bigger than the Superior, and found it quite spacious, with basic amenities and a small fridge. Cleanliness was acceptable. Since my room faced the main road, it got noisy early in the morning on a weekday as people were travelling. A room without a window or facing away from the road should avoid that. Elite Hotel is one of the few places in Muar with a reasonable price and more than 4 stars on Google reviews. A lower nightly price would make it perfect.

The location made it easy to get around and explore, and the whole place had a relaxing, luxurious feel that made me feel at home. My room was spotless and spacious, with cozy bedding and thoughtful amenities. The staff were warm, welcoming and always ready to help with a smile. A wonderful stay from start to finish. I'd highly recommend it for a comfortable, memorable visit, and I'll definitely be back.

The central location and private parking were the main reasons I chose Elite Hotel Muar, and they're its biggest advantages. The price was reasonable, and it was convenient to explore Muar on foot, but the cleanliness and facilities let the stay down. WiFi connected but had no internet the whole time. I was told it would be fixed the next day, but it wasn't. The towels were old, the bathroom needs cleaning, and there was visible hair left from previous guests on the toilet seat. Hygiene and basic amenities need improvement.
