I wanted a kampung stay, so I booked this place, but it turned out to be a bad experience. There were lots of mosquitoes, bed bugs, and spiders around. The chalet was a bit slanted, which made me feel dizzy, and the mattress was too soft. I couldn't sleep all night. There were also big ants in the toilet and a few cockroaches came out at night. I won't come back.

Getting here from Muar town is very convenient, and the resort-style hotel is affordable, with more room than other places at the same price. It's Syariah compliant, so unmarried couples have to stay in separate rooms. There's plenty of parking, the room decor is superb, and the cleanliness is amazing. The hotel puts customers first, and the toilets are very clean and tidy. Although it's rated at 2 stars or below, the facilities, room service, customer administration, and hotel management feel like those of a 4-star hotel. The room has a side table, TV, satellite chanel, air conditioning, fan, desk, and chair. zamvurger hotel really gives you value for your money.

We arrived late and exhausted after a long journey, but the excellent accommodation and lovely, kind, amiable staff made us ecstatic. The price was reasonable, even cheap. Fully recommend it to other travellers, families, and solo visitors.

A great experience and a nice place to relax. The house keeper Encik Ronal was very friendly. Add "Do" after his name and he'd be Ronaldo...

A quiet place with a traditional chalet feel. The room had air conditioning, a fan and a flat-screen TV, and the bathroom was big. Staff were kind. There wasn’t a fridge.
