I arrived late at night with a confirmed Booking.com reservation, only to be told at the front desk that it had been cancelled and the hotel was full. I hadn't received any cancellation notice at all, by email or message, and my booking had been confirmed before I arrived. I contacted Booking.com right away, and their customer service said the hotel was at fault for not keeping a room for my reservation. The front desk blamed Booking.com and claimed the platform had cancelled it in the system. I found that dishonest and completely unacceptable. I was left without a place to stay late at night, when almost every hotel was full. The stress and anxiety were unbearable, and this ruined my trip. It's one of the worst hotel experiences I've had. A confirmed reservation clearly means nothing here. Don't book this hotel if you value your safety, time, or peace of mind.

For a budget hotel, it's good value, with plenty of parking and quick service. The room is small, and as soon as you open the door the bed is right there. The toilet is inside the room too. I've stayed in cheaper hotels with better accommodation, though. I'd still choose this place again, especially when traveling solo.

I stayed two nights. The room was fine but very basic, and the Wi-Fi was slow. It's easy to reach from the main road, which makes it handy for business trips. There are stairs, so bear that in mind if you're bringing an elderly person. Parking can be quite limited on some days.

For a hotel under budget, this is very good. You get a comfortable night's sleep and a bath, and you can easily ask for things you need. CLEAN!

We decided at the last minute to stay overnight in Muar, and this was the only hotel available at the price I was willing to pay. I liked the location. It was far and quiet, but the room was too small and I could hear people talking because the walls weren't soundproof. One of the locks was broken too. What really caught my attention was how close the head shower was to the water heater. Wow, that seems dangerous.
