Sabak Awor Resort

We really enjoyed our relaxed 3D2N Muar tour. Ms Silver kept the schedule and timing well managed, so everything felt seamless. The resort served fresh meals with unique local flavors. Activities included making otar, painting batik, and tasting fresh Nipa fruit. The river cruise at night to see fireflies and the early bicycle ride to catch the sunrise were highlights too.

Our group of 30 childhood friends had a great three days and two nights at the resort. The person in charge, tour guide, and several staff members were all helpful and kept the schedule running smoothly. We enjoyed ourselves a lot. Thank you for being such a welcoming host! ❤️

The morning cycling was great, and we enjoyed the fireflies cruise, with Mr Kho giving a clear narration. We also had lots of fun singing karaoke, painting batik, and making otah together. It was a wonderful 3D2N holiday with friends we often travel with. Silver, our tour guide, was very professional, and she and resort director Annes were cheerful and helpful throughout.

We had a lovely four-generation family trip to Sabak Awor Resort, from my great-grandmother to the youngest children, and everyone had a fantastic time. The room was simple rather than fancy, but it had what we needed since we were focused on the activities. We made DIY otah-otah, learned about Attap Seed fruit and village life, took a boat to see fireflies, and went cycling in the morning with beautiful scenery around us. Our knowledgeable guide shared interesting stories about the area and the fireflies. A big thank you to our host, who joined the bike ride to help my grandmother, mom, and the younger children who weren’t confident on their bikes. That made it possible for everyone to enjoy the village adventures. I highly recommend Sabak Awor Resort to families who want quality time together in a fun, beautiful place.
