The owner was really helpful, and the dorm worked well for us and the kids. The place is opposite Masjid BBN, with food just downstairs at very reasonable prices. We had a great time.

I paid for the Agoda booking online, but when I arrived, I had to pay again because the hotel owner hadn’t received the booking payment. How can I get my money refunded?
