Hotel Sahara by OYO Rooms

The room was dirty, the towel looked like a filthy rag, and it didn't seem like housekeeping had been done. I only stayed one night because I was itchy all over from bed bugs. My fiancee had booked two nights, and I arrived around 11 pm-12 am. I told the receptionist about the booking, but he said all the single rooms were full and only a queen-bed room was left, for an extra charge. Since it was already late, I paid. At first he said I couldn't get my money back. I argued that I'd stayed just one night and asked him to show me the room cost calculations. It turned out I'd paid more than I should have, and I got my money back right then. Worst hotel ever.

The facilities weren't well maintained. There was a broken faucet, holes in the door, a leaking toilet that smelled, dirty bedsheets, and a TV that didn't work. The staff were unfriendly and rude. It was a terrible experience.

There were bed bugs, small cockroaches on the other side of the bed, and the toilet wasn't clean. The water hose was being used as the shower head, and the bedsheet had stains that looked like happy end spots. There was an ashtray in the room filled with cigarette butts. The receptionist wasn't welcoming and was so loud you could hear him from the room. I only managed to stay long enough to get bitten by bed bugs.

The TV had no signal, the air conditioning couldn’t be adjusted, and the bathroom water heater didn’t work. We weren’t given any towels either. The front desk staff member was especially unpleasant with my mum and spoke to her angrily instead of asking politely. Please keep an eye on his attitude.
