I wouldn't recommend this at all. It doesn't feel like a budget hotel. Maybe the owner built an extra room at the back because the other rooms were full, but to get there you have to cross a badminton court. What the heck? They charge rm 150 for a room that looks like a chicken coop. The owner should be reasonable about the price! The rate is like oyo, but you have to walk through an area like a chicken coop to reach the room. Don't stay in this room. I warned you!

I wouldn't recommend this place. The room felt more like a store room than a hotel room, though the price was like a budget hotel. The environment wasn't good, and if you pay the full amount, you may not be able to get a refund.

Sleep was impossible here. The hotel is right beside a busy main road, and a badminton stadium sits next to the rooms with no wall in between. People were still playing around 1 a.m., yelling loudly. A very clear one-star stay.

The price is incredible, but the place was noisy and hygiene was very poor. After a four-hour drive, all we wanted was a good night's sleep, but we had to wait for the stadium behind the property to close. I really can't recommend it.

There are plenty of good places to eat nearby, including Syakirin, EQo and PXR, which has a supermarket with both wet and dry goods. The management is very friendly, and the rate is affordable for budget accommodation. There's self-service laundry too. Just be ready to climb up to Level One, since there isn't a lift.
