Ssl Traders Hotel

I’ve stayed at SSL Traders Htl twice, and I’m sure my wife, kids and grandchildren will join me there next time. We’ll be back at SSL Traders Hotel. On my most recent visit, I checked in 5/12 and checked out 7/12. The executive suite was very clean, the air conditioning was very cold and everything was superb, except there were only a few TV channels. Pravithra at Front Office was very friendly, polite and gave excellent service. From the day I made the reservation until my wife and I checked out, she was outstanding. Her service was much better than what we’ve had at other places. Keep it up, Pravithra. The other front desk staff, receptionist, security and maintenance staff were also friendly, polite and excellent. Vincent, many thanks to you and your team for the great service. Keep it up, bro. From the bottom of my heart, millions of thanks. See you soon! By the way, what does SSL stand for? 😊

Guests were comfortable throughout the event in the spacious, tidy, well-organised hall. The decorations were elegant and arranged with care, giving the room a warm, welcoming feel that suited the occasion. The service staff were professional, attentive and quick to handle requests, which made the experience much better.

I called on the afternoon of 17 December last week to ask for a quote for a meeting room and food. The sales staff wanted me to confirm the booking before giving me the price. Customers should be able to know the cost before confirming anything. I genuinely like the food here, so it’s disappointing to deal with a staff member who handles customers this way. I hope the service improves.

I sent a picture of what happened. Is this how you treat a guest who’s paying for a hotel, not staying for free? That behavior was very unpleasant. Please improve the service, especially at the front desk and in housekeeping. I’m sorry, but I personally can’t recommend this hotel to anyone. The service is very bad.
