The friendly receptionists guided me through my stay, and when I had to check out early for work at 9 am, a staff member arrived before the counter opened and helped me with the checkout. For service, that's five stars. The room was clean and good enough, and the hotel is great value. The desk felt so flimsy that I didn't put my things on it, worried it might collapse. They provide a water heater, cups, two toothbrush kits, two towels and a pair of slippers. Bring your own pillow if you don't like a very bloated one that stays raised when you lie on it. The iron and board are provided outside the room. There's a deposit of about RM50. The hotel is shariah compliant, and unmarried couples need separate rooms. Affordable and good value 💫

The bed is cosy, the aircon is good, and the environment is pleasant. I also liked having a water dispenser outside the room. But I really wish there were a lift. As a level 3 guest, it was hard carrying my luggage all the way up.

The staff were polite and cheerful, and we had a nice chat. I reported an issue with the toilet and they fixed it right away. It can get a bit noisy at night, but it was okay overall. It's a clean, tidy budget hotel with small rooms. Fine for a temporary night, as long as you don't expect hotel-level standards. Nearby eateries are far away, and the hotel sits along a very quiet row of shophouses. Getting here can be tricky because Google Maps shows the wrong entrance. The quickest route is via the entry near Hospital Tropicana and Petronas Oil Station. Otherwise, you have to make a big turn from another entry and can overshoot the hotel. You get what you pay for.

Clean room, reasonable price and a shower that was better than expected. The roadworks and poor signage make it a bit tricky to reach. The mattresses are firm and thin, if that's your thing. Bring your own toiletries.

On my visit, I found the hotel had been closed as of end October 2024. I'm not sure when it closed.
