We only had about 10 hours here, mainly to sleep and shower, and the unit served that purpose well. It was very clean and well-equipped. The shower pressure was good and the bed comfortable enough. Shampoo, shower gel, plenty of toilet paper, and good towels were provided. There was also an iron, ironing board, hanging rack, washing machine, and basic kitchen appliances, though we didn’t use most of them and can’t say if everything worked. Netflix seemed to be available on the TV, but we didn’t have time to watch. We stayed one night on September 11 in unit B-07-13A. Self check-in was straightforward: the instructions were clear, we picked up the keys from the mailbox, then went to the parking lot on floor 4A. It took a while to get there, with a few rounds of driving. The directions to the right lift lobby were clear too, and we entered the unit without any trouble. The balcony faces a highway and Paradigm Mall. We privately sent the homestay management a few suggestions: touch up the front door paint, add more hanging options in the bathroom, install the toiletries in the shower area, and put a full-length mirror somewhere in the room. These are minor things. It was a great stay overall and the price was reasonable. Highly recommended around Kelana Jaya if you travel by Grab or private transportation.

The balcony view was so cool, especially at night, and the room itself was okay. But the lift setup was a real hassle. The owner only gives access to certain lift levels, so we had to go up and down several times to figure out which level we could use. We couldn’t access the lifts from the car park. In an emergency, this could be very troublesome, and the owner should give full access at all levels. The neighbours were quite noisy even early in the morning, especially the grill gate sounds. The TV was also difficult to use. I had to contact the owner each time to check how to connect Netflix, and Amazon Prime requires you to sign in yourself. Screen sharing was a hassle too, and I think there’s a time off because the owner uses a separate app for it. It’s not user friendly. Anyone needing screen sharing for work or study will find it very troublesome.

Great place to stay, and the prices they offer are good, Mashallah. The elevator wasn’t working for one day, and transportation is far from here.
