At checkout, the Indian guy on staff was really friendly and asked if I'd been comfortable during my stay. We need more customer service like that. It was also my first time seeing the kiosk, and soon check-in and checkout may be self-service.

The room is comfortable and worth the price. Siti Rokiah at the front desk was very friendly and welcoming.

It's a small room, and you can hear other guests doing private things through the walls. There were lots of little flies in the room, not just one, even with the air conditioner on. No idea where they were coming from.

I've stayed here for a few years, and it's been good so far. A good room to stay in. I'll come back next time.

A handy place to stay before heading to the airport, with plenty of restaurants around and a strategic location. The room is a bit small, but worth the price.
