A nice place to stay, highly recommended. We provide electrical, plumbing, home maintenance and handyman services, plus house painting and SPC flooring.

If you work in a shop or office in Uptown, the location of these service residences should suit you. Uptown Residences has 380 units total: 174 smaller lifestyle units, with the rest being larger units in the family tower. The low density is said to give owners high rental yield. Facilities include a movie theater, swimming pool, basketball court and tennis court. There’s also private access to the mall, though walking through its maze may annoy some people.

There’s a great variety of food within a 1-10 minute walk, from halal to non-halal and pretty much any cuisine you might want. The place is safe, with an efficient security team looking after the residents and building. It’s clean too, and the people running the building are great. A beautiful place to stay.

There are all kinds of places to eat nearby, and an upmarket mall with even more shopping outlets is just five minutes away. Good accommodation.
