Palm Garden Hotel, Putrajaya, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel

We spent a relaxing night here in two rooms, and the room was superb. HK staff Naim and Ms Ain were friendly and helpful, and Chef Chan reacted quickly when guests needed something. The food tasted delicious, especially the marvelous chicken soup. Thank you, Ms Mariah Tahir, for arranging things for us. We're looking forward to another staycation.

This was my second stay. The hotel has just been renovated and the overall service was outstanding, simply the best. Check-in went smoothly, though the staff could use a little more product knowledge. The room was clean, cozy and relaxing, with superb amenities. Thanks to Ms Maziah Tahir, Exe HK, and the housekeeping team for the room. HK staff Ain was especially friendly and helped with extra towels and making up the sofa bed. The gym was very user-friendly. Dinner at the Coffee House was fairly ordinary, but Ms Diana was courteous, friendly and helpful. She answered my question better than the Front Office. The food was delicious and up to a 5-star standard. Congratulations to the chef. Special thanks again to Ms Maziah, Ain and the HK team, Ms Diana in FnB, and the kitchen chef. I'm looking forward to trying the sauna, pool and steam bath.

My family and I stayed for one night in two rooms, and the rooms were bigger and cleaner than the ones I'd had at Renaissance and Sheraton KL. Thanks to the HK teams, and to Ms Maziah, Exe HK, for arranging the room decorations and welcome amenities. The corridor was tidy and very clean. We liked it enough to plan a Hari Raya celebration here with 10 rooms.

The courtyard has a beautiful, peaceful feel, and IOI City Mall is only a short walk away. Getting a Grab was easy too. Breakfast had a good range of choices, and the staff were consistently polite, attentive and helpful. They even replenished the bottled water each day. I stayed four nights, and the room was spacious and very clean. It was a comfortable, hassle-free visit, and I'd happily recommend it and stay again.
