The place itself is great and the room is good, but we didn't feel it was a good place to stay. It was very cold because the shower water heater didn't work and may have been broken. The air conditioning wasn't cold even at 16^, and the glass was so dirty it looked like it had never been washed.
2/10
After the exhausting trip from town, I arrived to find the hotel had no room for me because it was fully booked. I'd booked through Agoda, so why hadn't they switched off the booking system? The staff handled it irresponsibly. It was a total disappointment, and I'd tell others not to waste their time coming here.
2/10
There was no receptionist after 10pm. They told us to cancel the booking because they'd already left. Getting here isn't easy either, so don't waste your time. The customer service was terrible.
2/10
I booked four rooms for a holiday, but they cancelled the booking without letting me know beforehand. The only explanation they gave was an “internal issue.” Worst experience!
2/10
I had the same disappointing experience with the room service myself. I wouldn't recommend staying here.
