I was really disappointed with the service. I had a single room on the second floor, and the AC started leaking early in the morning. They moved me to another room, but its bedsheet was torn. After seeing the good hotel reviews, I really didn't expect this. Worst experience ever!

Please don't stay here, it's really not worth it. The mattress and pillow had blood stains, everything was dusty, and water pooled in the bathroom. The staff were extremely unfriendly, playing games while serving customers. The air conditioner kept cutting in and out, and the plug socket didn't work. We booked at the last minute. This wasn't our first choice of hotel.

RM120 a night is a rip-off for such basic facilities. The room smelled bad, and the whole place seemed poorly maintained. Completely overpriced for what you get. Save your money and stay somewhere else.

The hotel was dirty, misleading and poorly maintained, nothing like the listing, so I left after just one night even though I'd booked five through Agoda. They said I'd get a refund, but no money has come through to this day. I've tried following up, but the hotel doesn't answer calls or respond to messages. Completely irresponsible. Avoid it.

At RM120 for one night, it wasn't worth the price. The room smelled really bad, and the bed and pillow were very dirty. 😮💨
