We stayed one night before heading to the airport. The staff were lovely and let us check in four hours early, and the room was clean and comfortable :)

Being near the airport is the one real plus. The rooms weren't nice, and there aren't any decent restaurants nearby. We stayed twice, and the wifi didn't work in our room either time.

There are plenty of shops, restaurants, and a grocery store within walking distance. The price is really cheap and affordable, and the staff are friendly. Will come again.

The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the room was spotless. The facilities were well maintained and the hotel was cleaner than I expected. Staff were the best, with good service. Recommended.

For families looking for an affordable place in Sandakan, I’d strongly recommend this hotel. We spent a night in a family room, and it was clean and comfortable, with suitable toiletries. The staff were friendly too.
