The room itself was large, but the extra bed was so thin and hard that we ended up sleeping on the floor. For RM 60, it really wasn't up to hotel standards. We also had to go down to nearby shops and buy things ourselves for convenience. There were no drink sachets or creamer in the room, and no room phone, so when we needed an iron we had to take the lift to ask for one. Service was very poor, and the breakfast was inedible. After a long journey, I wouldn't recommend this place to families looking for a convenient stay.

There's a McDonald's right beside the hotel that's open 24 hours, and parking is free and feels safe. The room and service were great, and the Wi-Fi coverage was good too. It's a good option for both business and personal trips. I only wish breakfast was available, then it would be perfect. For the price, though, it's the best you can get.

There are newer, better places within walking distance, and I'd pick one of those. The rooms here are old, the towels were dirty, and there were cockroaches along the path from the lift. We changed rooms, but the cigarette smell was still there. A truly awful place to stay. If I could, I'd give it zero stars.

The one decent thing was the breakfast. Otherwise, the bathroom was dirty, the towel smelled bad, the room reeked of cigarettes, and the staff weren't friendly. The worst hotel in Segamat, in my experience. Better to stay away.

The staff were very helpful, and honestly I have no complaints. It's a cosy, comfortable hotel, and the breakfast was fantastic too. Anyone visiting Segamat should give it a try. Believe me, it's fantastic.
