Palm Garden Hotel IOI Resort

We had a relaxing one-night staycation with two rooms, and the room was superb. The food was delicious, especially the wonderful chicken soup. Chef Chan reacted quickly when guests needed something, and Ms Mariah Tahir arranged something special for us. Naim and Ms Ain from housekeeping were friendly and helpful. Looking forward to our next staycation.

Dinner at Coffee House was just normal, though the food tasted good and was at a high five-star standard. Ms Diana was courteous and helpful, and answered my questions better than the Front Office. My room was clean, cozy and relaxing, with superb amenities. The gym was easy to use. Check-in went smoothly, but some staff could polish their product knowledge. Thanks to Ms Maziah Tahir, Exe HK, and the housekeeping team for the room; Ain was especially friendly and helped with towels and making up the sofa bed. The hotel has just been renovated and the service quality was outstanding. Congrats to the Chef. Thanks again to Ms Maziah, Ain and the team, Ms Diana from FnB, and the kitchen staff. I’m looking forward to trying the sauna, pool and steam bath.

The corridors were very clean and tidy, and the room was larger and cleaner than the ones I’d stayed in at Renaissance and Sheraton KL. Ms Maziah Exe HK arranged the room decorations and welcome amenities, and the housekeeping team did a great job. This was my first stay here with my family. We booked two rooms for one night and really enjoyed them. We’re sure to celebrate hari raya here with 10 rooms.

We spent five days and four nights here, and the courtyard gave the hotel a peaceful, relaxing feel. Breakfast had a good range of choices, and IOI City Mall is just a short walk away. Getting a Grab was never a problem. Our room was roomy and very clean, and the staff were polite, attentive and helpful throughout. They also topped up the bottled water each day, a nice little touch. It was a comfortable, easy stay. I’d recommend it and would come back.
