It’s super close to the Xia Men University, and the location and facilities are good. You can get food easily and do your regular exercise here.

The location was fine, but the rest of the stay was frustrating. The room smelled unpleasant, something was clogged in the shower area, and the furniture was in poor shape. My son nearly fell when he leaned against one side of it. The parking area was very far away and felt dangerous. L786 was nowhere near an elevator and had only a few cars. I couldn’t see how it was safe to park there with a three-year-old. My husband kept going back and forth trying to find the right parking area because access required a card, something they failed to explain beforehand. Instructions were hard to get until we paid a deposit, and the deposit itself was more than the price per night. The payment process was the most annoying part of our short stay. They also required us to join a group WhatsApp with people asking for ID. I asked whether they really needed our IC, and someone said a driving licence would do, so why ask for ID in the first place? As a Malaysian, I know that information is private and confidential. The way they run things made me feel insecure. Customer service was totally lacking. We had to ask about everything. Don’t keep treating customers this way. People will get sick of it. I’m definitely not coming back.

The room was clean, beautiful, and very comfortable, but checking in was a hassle. The owner hadn’t sent instructions, so I had to ask the cleaner for help when I reached the lobby. They required a RM200 deposit and said filling in a form before 3 PM would speed things up. I completed it, but was still told the refund would take three days.

The area is quiet and clean, with a nice environment and good service. The location is convenient, there’s no traffic jam, and there are lots of restaurants and convenience stores.
