This is a high-density residential area with two blocks and 24-hour security. There’s a swimming pool, badminton hall, self-service laundry, convenience stores, and an eatery stall.

Nice place, good service, and always a happy, lively feel. Nearest Aeons. Recommended, perfect place. Thanks, Madam! 🤓☺️🥰

A nice place to stay, with good facilities and good food too.

The facilities are well maintained, and the pool is clean. The gym and sauna are a bit small, but hardly anyone uses them, so the size doesn’t matter much. Parking is the downside: there isn’t enough, and you have to pay a monthly fee to park inside the apartment. Most residents park outside instead, and I’m not sure how safe that is.

The management has been responsive so far, sorting out potholes, water shortages and lift issues as soon as possible. Rent depends on your luck, apparently: some places go for 1.5k, while I got mine below 1k. If you're looking to start life as a regular NPC, this could be the place.
