The owner said she'd report the master bedroom sink issue to management after we raised it, but nothing was done. The water barely came out of that sink. The apartment felt poorly managed: the sheets hadn't been changed from the previous guests, there was rubbish on the floor and in the drawers, and the toilet seat was disgusting. One bedroom fan didn't give any air even on high, so I slept badly every night; the master room fan speed couldn't be controlled either. These problems made the accommodation feel unsafe to us. I really don't recommend this place.

I’m sorry about the low rating, but this comes from my experience with iRoomz. I ended my contract at the end of November last year and was told my deposit would be returned after a month. It’s now February 2026, and I still haven’t received it or heard any update from the agent, despite waiting more than two months. This is extremely disappointing service. Ignoring tenants is unprofessional and unacceptable.

It's a new building, so everything still feels new. Some parking areas need work, though. The corner spaces are narrow, and the directions aren't clear. I also wonder why they laid out the directions that way.

I've lived here for over two years, and things had been fine, but management keeps getting worse. They change things every month, and day by day it feels less peaceful and more problematic for owners and tenants, especially with parking. Visitors are meant to use the fifth floor, but lately they can't find parking there either. One of my family members parked on that floor and had their car clamped over some management issue. I hope this reaches the management PIC and that they find a good solution.
