At 8 AM on check-in day, I was told the room had no electricity and that I should book somewhere else at the last minute. Then an hour later, staff called to ask if I was still checking in. They asked me to screenshot the message I’d received and send it to the same number that had texted me. They eventually confirmed there was no power and said they would cancel, without even apologizing. At 9 PM I got a “??” message, after already being told to find another hotel. Luckily I’d chosen pay at hotel, so I wasn’t charged, but that doesn’t excuse how they treated me. Extremely inconvenient and unprofessional.

Worst experience. The bathroom was dirty, the sink handles were rusty, and the towels were dirty too. There were two plugs but only one worked. No toothbrushes were provided, and despite decent water pressure, there was no hot water. There are better places to stay.

The room and toilet were dirty and dusty, and the mattress left me with body aches. There was nobody at reception when I checked in, checked out, or needed help. I had to wait one or two hours for staff. This is not good for children's health. I’m genuinely disappointed. This is true, I’m not lying, and I’d tell people not to go.

I booked through OYO’s app at 6:50 pm on Tuesday, 11.11.2025. When I arrived to check in, another staff member, a Bangladeshi man, told me the hotel was fully booked and there was no room for me. I had called Aisyah at 8:13 pm, but she wasn’t at reception. I tried her number, got no answer, and she never called me back. Poor management.

I booked and paid through OYO, but when I reached the hotel there was no one there. A staff member had left a number, but nobody answered when I called. I came back three hours later and was told the hotel was fully booked. The front desk service was no help.
