A good option for couples or families, and they have adjoining rooms as well.

The rooms were clean, and housekeeping kept mine that way throughout my stay. I chose this hotel because it’s centrally located in town. The breakfast buffet at Bamboo house felt like a school canteen, with a very poor selection. The ironing board they sent up had no sponge at all, so I had to put a towel over it for an extra layer. They really need to replace those boards.

The staff made me feel looked after from check-in through departure. They were friendly, attentive and professional, and were happy to help with questions or requests. Their care for guests came across as genuine. My room also exceeded what I expected for comfort and looks. It was new, modern and spotless, with cozy bedding and amenities that were well kept. The hotel had clearly put effort into making the stay comfortable.

I’ve stayed here several times and would book it again for a future business trip to Sibu. The room is a comfortable place to rest, with approachable, helpful staff. The internet is stable enough for online meetings and chats with my clients and colleagues when needed. The room stays clean, the amenities are well stocked, and the air conditioning, water heater, iron and other equipment are all well maintained.
