I stayed here for five days while doing some sports activities, and the room was big, very clean and like new. The front desk team were really helpful and nice. There was a man sleeping in the lobby and snoring very loudly, which didn't feel appropriate for hotel guests. Even when we sat on the lobby couch, he didn't notice us. Aside from that, it's a very nice hotel and I'd stay here again.

The lobby wait really got on my nerves. At 6am, while we were waiting for our driver, someone who I think was hotel security was sitting by the front door and snoring extremely loudly. Sorry, it was quite disturbing and not appropriate around other guests. The location was superb, the rooms were very clean, and the receptionists were kind and friendly. Still, there were good things about the stay.

The waterfront is right outside, and the attractions are within walking distance. Staff were friendly too. We booked both a family room and a king room for our Sibu trip. The family room was roomy and comfortable, with a comfortable bed and pillows. Breakfast at Little Penang was an extra RM10 per room. There were a few choices, including eggs, toast, a main course and drinks, plus a kids' meal. I'd recommend it.

The air conditioning was the one letdown. Even at 16 degrees and turbo mode, it didn't feel cold. Otherwise, we had a good experience. Check-in was smooth, and the receptionist was friendly and helpful. Our family room was pleasant and smelled fresh.

The lift lobby feels dark and a bit eerie whenever you're going in or coming out of the lift. Management, please look into it. The room was spacious and clean, and the staff were friendly with tip top service.
