The room and attached bathroom were clean, and the TV and air conditioning both worked well. It’s a budget place, with basic toiletries provided. There’s no kettle in the room, but a water dispenser sits near reception. The lift is quite small and seems to fit only about four people at a time.

The beds were comfortable and the air conditioner kept the room cool. It’s clean and reasonably comfortable for a three-star hotel, though I did see cockroaches and other insects now and then.

There’s a laundry shop and restaurants nearby, and the hotel is only about a minute from the Simpang Renggam toll plaza. I stayed for seven nights and had a good experience. The room was clean, the receptionists were friendly, and breakfast was served free from as early as 6:30am. A good option if you have business in the area.

A good value stop if you’re tired and coming off the Simpang Renggam exit. The room was clean and comfortable, the bed was good, and the toilet stayed dry and clean. Wi-Fi worked, and reception is staffed 24 hours.
