There was room for around 13 people, and both the homestay rooms and location were quite good, near Lumut beach in Manjung Perak. It's in a fairly tall building. The kitchen setup was very limited, though: just a small single-door fridge and rice cooker, with no stove for cooking.
A really roomy apartment that works well for a big family.

We stayed for a few days while visiting Sitiawan. The apartment was clean and well-equipped, and there was secure parking for the car. The location was quite good too.
