The receptionist was so nice, and the room was both spacious and clean. The price felt fair for the service, and I’m definitely going back during Raya. Pekan Sitiawan is nearby, and downstairs there’s a grocery shop, pharmacy, and places to eat.

The beds were comfortable, the air con was cold, and the toilet was clean. The price was cheap and acceptable. Customer service was nice too, with the staff doing her best to meet my request and the boss being kind and caring.

The room was dirty, and when I complained about its hygiene, the front desk receptionist was very rude. I wish I could give her zero stars.
