I got a great night's rest at Paly Hotel before starting work in Semporna. They thoughtfully provided both soft and firm pillows, so guests can pick what suits them. I stayed in the duplex family room, with a single bed and bathroom downstairs and two double beds upstairs. The layout was practical and comfortable. The location was convenient too, with restaurants within walking distance, a night market right next door and about a six-minute drive to the jetty. I really loved this hotel. Thank you so much, Paly Hotel!

We stayed in the duplex family room and found it super cozy, clean and beautiful. The spacious moon-themed room took me back to the golden ages, when everything felt possible. The hotel's in a strategic spot, right across from Mc Donald. Highly recommended for a getaway.

The bathroom shelves weren't level, which was annoying. The renovation looks old and the inside is poorly maintained. Half the sockets didn't work, and the air conditioner wasn't cold. The TV only had Chinese apps, with no registration, there were no local channels, and YouTube couldn't connect to it.

The breakfast and stairs could use improvement. Everything else was good and relaxing.

It's a quieter, cleaner spot, away from the main busy area and jetty, which are about a 10-minute walk away. The studio unit makes good use of space, with a separate sleeping area upstairs. Rooms are newly renovated and comfortable, and the bathroom was clean with amenities provided. Each morning, a packet breakfast was delivered to the room around 7 to 7.30am.
