There are more and more motorbike users these days, so expand the motorcycle parking. Don't be stingy with it, then make things harder by clamping people's bikes. People living here need convenience, not fines. Do you just want money instead of making things easier for residents? Think about it.
We went to celebrate our friend's daughter's 8th birthday here. The pool was cool, and the gym looked good too. I don't know the unit or the room sizes, but from outside it seemed like a normal city condo. There are lots of shops around, so restaurants and convenience stores are easy to find. It was nice ☺️
The place is kept very clean with regular cleaning, and the management is proactive. It's also close to just about everything, including 99 Speedmart, clinics, furniture shops, Aeon, Shell, McDonald's, and the highways. A good place to stay.
Getting out to work can mean traffic jams at peak times, especially at the exit and the traffic light, which is supposedly the longest in Shah Alam. You'll be lucky. Restaurant options aren't great either: there's a mamak at the end, while the others mean crossing the road or taking a motorbike. The unit itself is large, quiet, and not crowded, with good facilities like a pool and gym.
The condo has a distinctive, modern pool and gym designed by an Australian architect. It's also very close to Batu Tiga Toll, making Subang and Shah Alam easy to reach.
