The gym’s location and condition are both very good, and it’s clearly well maintained. I also want to thank Amin and Harrish for how promptly and professionally they helped me. My lock got stuck even though I remembered the code. They tried cutting it off without hesitation, but my lock was too thick and it didn’t work after several attempts. They reassured me and got a larger cutter from another branch to try to help. Five-star service. I fully recommend this gym.

The location is really nice, with a supermarket and shops downstairs and nearby, plus a train into downtown. My room wasn’t the best, but it was okay to stay in.

The tenants are good, but the mall is managed very poorly. The escalator was left broken for days. How are elderly people supposed to get around?

Please replace your toilet cleaner. The attitude was awful. Around 2:25 pm on 6 February 2026, I was using the toilet when the cleaner told me to hurry because they wanted to clean. Do you think I can control that?

The Courtyard has managed to survive the MCO fairly well, even though keeping a mall that feels more like a neighbourhood community going can’t be easy. Please improve the toilets, though. Their quality is one of the main reasons more people aren’t coming.
