Think carefully before renting this apartment, especially Tower A-22-07. The owner doesn’t seem to care about your convenience and is very stingy. She took 25% of my deposit for something that was already broken and wasn’t my responsibility. I complained, but she didn’t care, even before my 1.5-year term ended. She also deducted cleaning costs despite my having cleaned the apartment myself. For RM2000 a month, it’s too pricey for a place with no facilities like a restaurant or proper laundry. There are better options nearby.

Sunway International School uses the only pedestrian bridge over the highway and lets only its clients cross there. That doesn’t seem right for the public, and I believe it’s not legal. A pedestrian bridge should be open to everyone rather than private property. This should be reported to the city. It’s unacceptable.

Everything else is good, but the visitor parking in the basement feels unpleasant. It’s spooky and dangerous to go down there alone.

It’s nice to stay here, though you should check the roads nearby, especially during morning work hours. Traffic gets jammed near Summit heading toward Sunway.

It’s a pretty relaxed area, and I love all the trees and little gardens. It feels like a picnic, honestly. I do wonder about the guardhouse entrances, though. They seem to be open for anyone most of the time. It doesn’t really worry me, but better safe than sorry. I’m sure there are good reasons, just curious.
