A nice, laid-back place. I worked remotely during the day, and the boss offered me an air-conditioned room and free coffee. You can walk to the Bukit Panorama entrance.

We came with a tour group, and most of us were unhappy with the service. We arrived at 7 pm, but things weren't ready. The toilet bowl and sink were stained and didn't look properly cleaned. We were meant to have steamboat for 21 people, but they only prepared two pots on two portable stoves, so it took a very long time to boil. There was also miscommunication between the resort and the jeep drivers who were supposed to take us to Rainbow waterfalls. We lost at least an hour and a half. The water dispensers and other facilities were run down and dirty.

It's a great location, close to Bukit Panorama, and the staff are very friendly.

The room was average, fine for a night's stay. The price is cheap, so I wasn't expecting more, and the stay was good overall. It's a useful base for exploring Sungai Lembing, near Sungai Lembing muzium and lots of Chinese and Malay restaurants. We arrived very late, around 11 pm, but still managed to find a decent dinner.

The room was well maintained, with a clean bed and mattress, and the air conditioning was cold and clean. The toilet was cramped but clean, and the water heater worked well. Unifi internet speed was okay, and basic TV channels 1, 2, and 3 were available. The room rate was good, and the experience felt worth the money.
