A nice place. I'll come again, InsyaAllah.
It felt like an abandoned house, with dust, spiderwebs and lots of kametetep gathered near the ceiling. The toilet pipes were leaking in several places, and even the plates were cracked and stained. Sorry, the toilet was creepy too. Asking to leave felt like a sin. This really isn't a proper homestay unless they renovate and refurbish the whole house.
If you only need a place to sleep, this homestay is okay. For activities, just forget it. The house seems poorly maintained: the third room has a cot for a bed, and the downstairs room is musty because its back window opens onto the store. Jemmm. There's no Coway, the TV doesn't work, the air conditioner seems to be from 2000, and there aren't many plug points.
The house is big, clean and spacious, and the location is okay, close to town. But there's a lot to fix. One toilet pipe leaks, the water heater is only in one bathroom and the water runs very slowly. Maybe they could add another. Some rooms don't have fans. The rest is okay.
There's plenty to see around this big house, and it has all the facilities. It's close to Taiping town and works for a large family. The owner is very good.
