Despite booking and paying for a room through Trip.com, I arrived to find the hotel fully booked and no room for me. Staff offered no solution, so I had nowhere to stay even though my booking was confirmed. I had to find another room by myself at the last minute. This was very disappointing and unprofessional. If the hotel knew it was full, they should have told me before I arrived. I trusted Trip.com and the hotel to honor the booking. I hope Trip.com improves coordination with hotels so customers aren’t left stranded like this again.

My room on Level 4 had rather slow water pressure, but I still had a good stay. The receptionist staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and comfortable.

I saw the negative reviews, but I didn’t run into any problems. The staff were very friendly and cooperative, and the room, bathroom, and towel were all clean when we arrived. There’s no AC or fan in the room, but they gave us a stand fan when we asked, and it worked for us. The hotel is in the middle of the market, with lots of good restaurants nearby. Staff also gave us tips on what to see and where to go.

We couldn’t try the hotel because the receptionist didn’t seem willing to help. When we asked about a room, she quoted a price much higher than the one on booking.com. We pointed that out, and while she kept eating, she rudely told us to book through booking.com.

The young Indian gal at the desk was wonderful, friendly and helpful, and the location was ideal. The room, though, was questionable. It had a persistent moldy smell, stained linen and towels, and no toilet paper. The back of the wooden bathroom door was moldy too. Gross. The room had no window and was only about a foot wider than our double bed. A fan unit circulated air when switched on, though it hadn’t been running before we arrived. We survived, but suggest having a drink before you get here.
