The place felt stuck in the 80s, with worn-out rooms and common areas, a broken vending machine at reception, and bugs everywhere. Soundproofing was basically nonexistent. The one real convenience is the location, with major shops like Starbucks and 7/11 just across the road, so finding food is easy. I wouldn't return.

It's quiet and cozy, set back on a small road but still close to stalls and shops. I liked being able to walk around the area. The room was good value, though the sheets were old and had a few stains, cleaning could be better, and there weren't many toiletries.

I was disappointed from the start. It was a holiday and I was travelling with my baby, but they wouldn't let me see the room before checking in, so I took it because I couldn't find another one. The whole hotel was very dirty for the high price, the washroom was especially bad, and the blankets smelled unpleasant. I wouldn't suggest bringing your family here.

We had a good stay, and the night view was lovely. The location is a real plus, with plenty of places to eat and points of interest around Tanah Rata.

The shoplots are within an acceptable walking distance, but the hotel itself felt eerie. It looked abandoned and haunted, with dust, rust, age, and little upkeep. When I raised concerns, the receptionist couldn't explain or offer anything to make it right.
