The bedding was just a thin yellow blanket, with no comforter, so it wasn't warm. The air conditioning also didn't work properly, and the place smelled bad and hadn't been cleaned. There was black mold around an air vent, and several rooms needed repairs. Ladders and worn chairs were left in a room beside the washer. We stayed five nights and got sick. The property was outdated, poorly maintained, and nothing like its description. Don't stay here.

Getting checked in was easy, and the price was reasonable. The rooms were neat and clean, and the towers were washed properly. There's a nice view, with plenty of eateries and shops within walking distance. A good choice for a family trip or a short stay. Recommended.

They charged nearly RM400 for one night's booking, which seemed reasonable at first, then asked for a RM2000 deposit just to show the property. That felt ridiculous and unprofessional. They also didn't take the cancellation process into consideration. I booked this homestay apartment through Booking.com and had a horrible experience. It felt like a complete scam, and it's shaken my trust in Booking.com. Be careful about hidden charges with this listing. I strongly recommend avoiding it. It isn't worth the risk.

The unit had a fantastic view, and there's a lot of choice downstairs, including restaurants and a 24-hour convenience shop. It also has a pool, gym, and kids' playground. Great host, and the best homestay in Tanjung Tokong. I'd recommend it to anyone travelling to Penang Island. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

The property, car park, and amenities are great, but the lifts would make me think twice about staying again. Around 245 units share just three sets of lifts. Nearly every time we went out or came back, we spent ages in the lobby watching full lifts open and close without being able to get on. Apart from that lift situation, I think the property is great.
