A clean, decent hotel with basic rooms and facilities. Parking was a bit difficult since there isn't a designated lot, though the receptionist was very friendly. It has a partnership with a good massage place, where the foot massage price and service were very good. I'll come back.

Room 313 was very clean and had no smell. It was on the 3rd floor, and the lift was a bonus. There were two single beds and a hairdryer in the room. Highly recommended. The only downside is limited street parking. There are two EV charging points, one 22kv AC and one 30kv DC, at Rm1.50 /kw.

Soundproofing is very poor. There's a lot of motorcycle noise nearby.

The room was clean and spacious enough, and the location was great. There's no designated parking for guests, though, so you have to park around the shop lot at your own risk. Good for a short stay.
