The staff were really nice, breakfast was good, and the small rooms were fine. We were able to walk everywhere from this downtown spot, while taxis to the main restaurants cost around 150-200 MTK. The card payment issue was frustrating: Booking said cards were accepted, but the owner told us the machine had no signal for several days. We hadn't had trouble paying by card in smaller towns, and eventually felt we were being strongly pushed to pay in cash, in MTK only. Sound carries badly between rooms. One of us had the TV on its lowest volume and was told to switch it off for being noisy. Another time, the owner complained that we'd rung the bell instead of knocking when we returned from dinner.

The rooftop terrace is really nice, and the rooms are comfortable enough. The walls are so thin that even conversations after 9 pm are against the rules. The owner is friendly enough, though quite particular about lots of little rules. Free Wi-Fi and great value, so I’d definitely stay again.

The rooms are neat and comfortable, and the price is low. The location feels good in the daytime, though a bit dodgy at night. They could make the breakfast hours better.
