The pizza was excellent, and the pool was nice, but the service wasn't great and we felt a bit unwelcome. We came for lunch absolutely starving. We first wanted prawns, but they weren't available, so we got calamari and chips. The calamari was very tough, and the chips had an unpleasant taste, as if they'd been cooked in fish oil instead of clean oil. Nice place.

The place is cozy and quiet, and the staff are lovely. We had dinner here and it was delicious. The pizzas are really good from the wood-fired oven, especially the Capriciosa, and the vegetable soup was incredible too. I'd come back a thousand times.

I'm late writing this, but better late than never. My sister and I visited in 2013 and loved this beautiful, creative place by the beach. Everything was right there, and the food was great. We were in Joburg and Swaziland too, but this was one of our best food experiences, especially the Zombie Cucumber. We took boat rides to the little islands offshore, which were amazing. I'm from the States and even borrowed some of the Zombie Cucumber decor ideas for my home. Thumbs up. I loved the owner and staff. Nothing was like it back then.

The whole place is very nice, though everything costs a bit more. If you can afford it, it's definitely worth the money. I think I had one of the best pizzas ever right here. It was also the most expensive thing I'd eaten in a long time, but ooooh, finding a pizza this good in Africa feels really special.

A great spot to unwind by the pool or take a short wander down to the nearby beach. The rooms are spotless, with balconies overlooking the gardens. It's a fantastic place, with lovely welcoming hosts and great food.
