The room was comfortable enough for resting after a long day, and the facilities made things convenient: WiFi, a restaurant and bar, laundry service and secure parking. I had a good stay at Protea Hotel Walvis Bay Pelican Bay. The food was really good, especially breakfast and the restaurant meals, and the friendly staff kept service running smoothly. A nice, comfortable hotel for a stay in Walvis Bay.

I was there on a business trip, and a few of us found cockroaches in our rooms. We even saw some in the dining area. You can smell food from the room. The bed was comfy and the location is great, but they need to fumigate ASAP.

Manga and Martha made us feel welcome and gave exceptional service at Protea Hotel by Marriott Walvis Bay Indongo. Martha even signed me up for the Protea loyalty program, which I hadn't known about. Highly recommended!

A typical Protea Hotel. They don't pay the staff well, so the rooms aren't clean. The staff are lazy and sassy, and willing to take anything that isn't in your suitcase.
