Mövenpick Hotel Windhoek

My partner and I had a relaxing, memorable stay at Mövenpick Hotels & Resorts, with every detail handled carefully and service beyond what we expected. Lovisa was especially kind, professional, helpful, warm, and attentive from the moment we arrived. We felt genuinely welcome and enjoyed ourselves so much that we're already looking forward to coming back.

The room had everything we needed, was a good size, had a good view, and we slept comfortably. WiFi worked well throughout the hotel. We kept choosing this same hotel when we needed a few extra days here and there because we liked the experience. They welcomed us with a small glass of apple juice and explained everything. When our plans changed over the four days, they accommodated us and let us leave our luggage in the room for two days. The laundry service was great and reasonably priced. Breakfast was included, tasty, and filling. We also ordered room service a few times, and the food was always good and well priced. Everyone we met on staff was friendly and helpful.

The overall experience is what makes this a five-star destination. The staff are awesome. I've mostly dealt with Lovisa, and Katuu served me at dinner last night. They're two of the loveliest ladies you'll meet. The bed in my room is world class, and the rest of the room is pretty good. There's a simple but high-quality gym that's free to use 24 hours a day, plus a great pool and surrounding area. The spa was almost fully booked during my stay, so I'll book ahead next time. They also have a fantastic-sounding range of restaurants, though I haven't had the chance to try them all.

Fransina and Lusia are always smiling and eager to help, and the kitchen staff are excellent too. They always check whether you've been helped. The service was excellent and I had an enjoyable stay. I'll come back again.
