The setting is peaceful and not bad, and the staff are polite, but several things need attention. The AC wasn’t working properly, the WiFi had issues, and the bathrooms were poorly maintained. I feel you can do better with service delivery and make sure all the appliances are in excellent condition.

The security staff were excellent. One stayed with me until my Bolt driver found me, which I really appreciated. The hotel itself is pleasant, with fast WiFi, good food, and plenty of white towels. Still, we often had to call reception to get water pumped up to our room. At one point there was no water, so we couldn’t flush the toilet or bathe. The pepper soup should have more pepper, that’s the whole point of the name. And finding the hotel was hard for many of us, so they should make it easier to locate.

The staff and customer service were excellent, and the price is affordable and easy on the pocket. Hotel 206 Exclusive is in a quiet part of Abuja, and Google Maps directions made it easy to find. Power is steady with the inverter system, and there’s air-conditioning with a fan as well. The room also has a TV for news and entertainment and a fridge for storage. I’d recommend it to people visiting Abuja.

It’s easy to reach, just off the Gudu expressway, and works well for quiet meetings or weddings and outdoor events. This is a business hotel. The owner is very helpful and can offer support with getting around town. There’s a good selection of soups available, just ask.

I’ve never seen a more reliable and trusted hotel. Everything at 206 Exclusive Hotel is fantastic, so beautiful and gorgeous. Their service to customers is wow, and security is completely dependable. Customer safety is their priority.
